High Protein Waffles

Ingredients –

  • 1 scoop Attiva Vanilla Honey or Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 10gm butter or nuttelex, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 vanilla essence
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 40ml SF chocolate topping or sauce
  • Berries to garnish


  1. Heat waffle iron and spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl mix together Attiva Life protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until combined. Then add egg whites, melted butter (make sure it has cooled otherwise it will cook the egg whites), and vanilla essence if using. Mix until combined.
  3. Slowly add almond milk until the batter becomes a pancake batter consistency. You may need slightly less almond milk or slightly more (this will depend on the protein powder you use).
  4. Add a ladle full of batter to the heated waffle iron and cook for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Serve waffles with a drizzle of sugar free chocolate sauce and berries to top.
